Damascus Titanium was made by different kinds of Titanium alloys. Normally these kinds of Titanium alloy plates were laminated, forged together and twisted to get special patterns. So it is difficult to get larger billets and the quantity was unstable!
To overcome these defects, we successfully develop a hot rolling process to make Damascus Titanium rods: The titanium alloy plates were laminated, forged, hot rolled and twisted. We use thicker plate to make the billet, which means little surface and little defect and the patterns become more cool.

TA1, TA2 and Titanium Grade 5

Notice:
1,These photos shows the lathe surface, POLISHED, and heated rod. If polished and clean well, the colors shows more beautiful.
2,The photos showed is the same rod the colors are different because of the different heat temperature.
